Received the CDs yesterday, and all I can say is WOW !! The first set I purchased was for my brother, Dale
who suffers from anxiety attacks and he's currently taking medication
to stop the attacks. When I asked him what he thought about the
material, he told me he still hasn't opened the package!! He said
he was afraid to find out what was wrong with him. So
I decided to buy a set for myself so I could see if there WAS anything
to be afraid of. Not only do I understand his fear a little better,
but I was able to reassure him by telling him that there was nothing
to be afraid of.
Not only
do I understand his anxiety a lot better, but I saw myself as well.
I don't suffer from anxiety attacks, but I definitely have my own
"issues", and the tools you give will help me overcome
them too.

Hello, I want to thank you for the program you've developed, it helped me a lot fighting with my panic attacks and anxiety.
3 months ago I felt really bad, I had lots of
panic attacks and depression, so I went to psychologist and talked about it with him. He started to prescribe medication right away (it was Zoloft). But I said that I want to walk this through by my self without taking medications, and he said that it's
impossible to do that, it will be just worse no matter what I'll try to do I got really mad for those words and left
him immediately. I went to another one, and he said basically the same, that "chemical imbalance" can't restore by itself, it can be restored only with antidepressants.
Anyway next day I started to look around the ways how to overcome all this without medication and luckily found you and I really feel better now, I managed to overcome my panic attacks, I feel less depressed and basically I'm becoming "My self" again.

This was a very well presented, with not much left unanswered. They didn't cover obsessive hoarding, but it helped me immensely in dealing with my other obsessions. The author had first-hand experience with OCD, so I felt like someone knew and understood me.

issues was the way I thought about my symptoms. At first I just
listened and didn't really apply your method. About one month later,
I listened again, and this time applied it. Within a couple days,
I was able to let go of anxiety no matter how emotionally charged
I was. I think it was all about taking the first step and applying
what I've learned.

This really was a "new" method for overcoming anxiety. Why don't they teach you this in psychology 101?
I have been struggling with social phobia for along time. It started getting really bad in the eighth grade. Over the last year though, things had gotten worse. I just didn't want to talk to anyone, and I always felt a nervous stomach around groups of people.
Ever since I found your CDs, the nervous stomach has ceased to exist! I don't look at my anxiety the same anymore and using all your tools has helped me soooo much. Thank you for everything. You are doing such a great thing. I will recommend this audiobook to everyone!
